Anyone who’s had a complex health issue knows first-hand that insurance companies will limit tests and dictate treatment in line with their own profit. The means that while symptoms get addressed, underlying causes are often ignored.

Improving whole-body health by identifying and treating root causes.

By beginning each patient’s journey with comprehensive bloodwork, Ways2Well seeks to identify what factors are really undermining a person’s health. Ways2Well’s clinicians then meet with the patient and come up with a custom treatment plan to address these root issues.

A cutting-edge website to reflect cutting-edge care.

Since Ways2Well was starting to receive some serious nation-wide attention, they turned to us to get their site into shape.

An influx of new customers.

With their recent media coverage, Ways2Well anticipated a huge increase in site traffic. We restructured their site setup so that they could seamlessly handle the influx.

Custom patient scheduling.

The online calendar scheduling system we built integrates with Ways2Well’s provider calendars to show accurate availability.

Integrations with CharmHealth.

At the time we began working with Ways2Well, they were manually scheduling patient visits and copying and pasting information from patient forms. We built them custom API integrations with CharmHealth, so that online patient form information is automatically submitted to their EHR.

Connecting patients and clinicians.

Ways2Well needed a centralized way for concierges, providers, and administrators to manage treatment plans and schedules with patients. We designed a responsive web app and visual design system in concert with their website and onboarding.

AI-powered avatar.

We integrated Allen, a voice-responsive AI Healthcare Assistant, into the site to give new users personalized suggestions and answers about treatments.

Tailor-made ecommerce solutions.

Ways2Well needed a variety of unique checkout workflows since some of their services required scheduling, others required forms, and others required shipping. We devised a solution that could accommodate any combination of needs.

Multiple user signup processes.

We took Ways2Well’s multi-page PDF patient intake form and translated it into a user-friendly online questionnaire.

A mail-order pharmacy.

We added a prescription-ordering service to their site, complete with product pages for each medication.

Matching product labels for supplements, IVs, and test kits.

We revamped Ways2Well’s product labels and packaging in line with their new branding.

Hubspot CRM tracking and automated messaging.

We integrated all forms on the site with Hubspot, a CRM that allows Ways2Well to track and communicate with their contacts.

A strong foundation to build on.

We established a bold, flexible design system and brand style for use across web, mobile, marketing, and packaging. Dynamic themes, bright colors, and custom iconography help Ways2well stand out and build fast.
