Zest came to us because their patient portal was clunky and outdated and didn’t match the level of care they were providing. We worked with them to transition from their old system to a refreshed, elevated, and user-friendly interface we designed.

Patients can access their provider’s schedule and book an available timeslot. They can also see at a glance when their next appointment is, upload any needed paperwork, and reschedule.

Science-backed progress scoring.

Users are prompted to take the DLQI (Dermatology Life Quality Index) questionnaire to gain insight into their skin health over time. A graphic displaying their scores allows them to understand lifestyle and medication-influenced patterns.

Support at any time, day or night.

Whether they are having a flare-up, a medication concern, or want to request a refill, patients can reach out to their care 24/7 via the in-app chat.

Patients can access their current care plan details, and also see details from any past plans.
